Wet Slips

Rates include water, dock boxes, phone jacks. Cable T.V. hookup is available.

Electricity is supplied and metered (usage amount) by the marina.

Boat lengths are length overall and vessels are not permitted to extend beyond the pilings.

Dry Slips

• 25 ft Top Level, beam of 10ft $3750.00/year*
• 26ft Middle Level, beam of 10ft $3900.00/year*
• 28ft Bottom Level, beam of 10ft $4200.00/year*

Conditions:
Length of vessel is determined by measurement from bow pulpit to outer edge of engine.

All dry rack boats remaining in staging area will be put in rack in a timely manner.

Payment for annual rate is 50% at signing of contract, balance to be paid in 6 equal payments during the first 6 months. There is no forklift fee to deliver your boat in and out of the water. There is, however, a $30 fee when your boat is requested to be put on a trailer. Dry rack customers must call by 4 p.m. to have boat in water.
